Ordering & Digital Downloads
How quickly will I receive my digital download?
Digital manuals and guides are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email containing your download link(s) — usually within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Can I download my manual again if I lose it?
Yes. If you lose your download or need it again, contact us with your order number and we'll resend your download link free of charge.
Do you offer manuals on DVD or USB as well as instant download?
Yes. Most manuals are available either as an instant digital download or on a physical Data DVD or USB drive, which is posted to you via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
What file format are the manuals in?
Manuals, parts lists, exploded diagrams and bonus content are supplied as PDF files, which can be opened on any computer, tablet or smartphone using free PDF reader software.

Delivery & Shipping
How long does shipping take for physical items?
Physical products such as DVDs, USB drives and 3D printed parts are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days and sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on all physical products. International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local customs processing.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. All physical orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail, and you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What if my physical order hasn't arrived?
If your tracked item hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can look into it for you.
Do you ship to the USA, Europe, Australia and elsewhere?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

What are your 3D printed air gun accessories made from?
Our 3D printed mods and accessories, made by Retrosheep.com, are designed and printed in-house using durable printing materials suited to each part's application, from grips and stocks to sights and functional upgrades.
Can I request a custom 3D printed part?
Yes, custom requests are welcome. Get in touch via our contact page with details of what you're looking for and we'll let you know if it's something we can produce.
How long do 3D printed orders take to make and ship?
3D printed items are made to order, then dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, normally within 2-3 working days of production being completed.
